
Is it just me or has Florida been super chilly these last couple of weeks!? And with a little bit of chill calls for chili and there’s nothing better I thought to make than The Recipe Rebel’s white chicken chili.
Not only is it super creamy and savory , but can be ready in at least 30 min!

I will say I did make one addition and that was stirring in 4-5 small cubes of Parmigiano Reggiano until fully melted in, stirring frequently to ensure it blends into chili well. I promise you it takes the taste to a whole different level and does not make the chili cheesy, just more savory.
