Teriyaki Chicken

For a quick but healthy teriyaki chicken recipe try this!

Ingredients needed:

1 lb of chicken breasts or thighs

3 cloves of garlic

1 green onion

2 tsp of fresh ginger

1 tbs honey

1/4 soy sauce

1 tbs corn starch

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tbs rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 water

1 tbs olive oil

Instructions:

Mix in a large bowl the honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and water. Grate your fresh ginger and garlic cloves into the bowl and stir. Cut your chicken breasts into cubes. Heat your pan or skillet on medium/high and add your oil. Cook chicken until done. Once chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and mix until fully coated.

Remove chicken to serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
