Because itβs always a good time for a sweet treat. Give this gooey blondie recipe a try!
Ingredients :
π»1 cup unsalted butter melted
π» 1 cup light brown sugar,
π»Β½ cup granulated sugar
π» 2 large eggs
π» 2teaspoons vanilla extract
π» 2 cups all-purpose flour
π» 1 teaspoon baking powder
π» 1/2 teaspoon salt
π» 1cup white chocolate chips
optional: save some white chocolate chips or get a bit of dried blueberries like I did for decor on top
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Line a 9Γ9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. ( I drizzled oil in mine) Whisk the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture. Don’t overmixβstop once you no longer see dry flour.

Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into the pan and sprinkle extra white chocolate chips on top. Bake for 25β30 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is just set.For extra gooey blondies: Pull them out around 25β26 minutes. The center should look slightly underdone but not liquid.

- Cool completely before cutting. For especially clean, bakery-style squares, refrigerate them for 30β60 minutes before slicing.
β¨ Optional White Chocolate Glaze
For the glaze I mentioned melt:
- Β½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2β3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled blondies. Happy Baking!!
