I just absolutely love baking at home! Something about knowing exactly what’s going into your body brings me comfort plus, we get left over chocolate chips!

This cookie recipe produces between 22-26 cookies and I promise it will be a hit at your next event!
Ingredients :
- 1 stick of unsalted buttersoftened
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 large egg yolk at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (levelled)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar and white sugar together until well combined.

Next, add your egg yolks and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined, stopping to scrape the sides. Add the flour, salt and baking soda to the mixture.

Mix until we’ll combined, stopping again to scrape the sides as needed.

Add in your white chocolate chips and place the mixer on stir.

Once you have mixed in your chocolate chips, place the bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes to chill.

After 10 min, take a 1 1/2 measuring tbs and place your dough on a tray prepped with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Bake your cookies for 10 minutes and allow to cool for 6 minutes before serving. I enjoy mine with a glass of almond milk!
Happy Baking!
